Terms and Conditions
ZPS ~Zohn Pariker Shirts
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions between we (ZPS ~ Zohn Pariker shirts) and the buyer or customer. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products
We manufacture and supply shirts as per custom or standard specifications. Product images are for reference; minor variations in color or stitching may occur.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are in INR and subject to GST (Goods and Services Tax) as applicable.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Payment terms: 50% advance, 50% before dispatch (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Accepted payment methods: UPI, Online banking, cheque, or cash
4. Orders and Cancellations
Minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production starts.
Cancellation of standard orders may incur a restocking fee.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen issues (e.g., raw material shortages).
5. Delivery and Shipping
Estimated delivery time will be communicated post-order confirmation.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Delays due to logistics, weather, or external factors are not our liability.
Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the transporter.
6. Returns and Claims
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Returns are only accepted for defective products, not for sizing or design issues.
Approved claims will be settled via replacement or credit note.
7. Intellectual Property
All brand names, designs, logos, and materials are the property of ZPS~ Zohn Pariker shirts and cannot be used without permission.
8. Confidentiality
Any custom designs, pricing, or business information shared is confidential and cannot be disclosed without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the value of the defective goods supplied.
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, parties will try to resolve amicably. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws.
